Reservation When booking please complete this reservation form and return it to Topkon Travel Ltd., İstanbul, not later than May 19th, 2006. Requests will be accepted thereafter, however, hotel accommodation is subject to availability and can not be guaranteed. After this deadline, bookings are only possible against full payment by credit card, and an extra handling fee of € 20 will be charged. Payment Policy To guarantee your reservation a deposit (€ 200 for deluxe and five star hotels, € 100 for other category hotels) per room for the hotel category of your choice for whole duration of your stay is required. Please include either a copy of your bank transfer to our account in Isbank Selamicesme Branch or provide a credit card that we shall debit from. Upon receipt of the deposit, each participant will receive a final confirmation with an invoice. Hotel details (name, address and web site of the hotel) will be mentioned in the confirmation letter. Full payment has to be made to Topkon Travel Ltd. by May 19th, 2006. Do not send any payment to the Hotel. Payment Payment for hotel reservation can be made by one of the following ways. Please indicate your method of payment on the form and either submit this online or return by post/fax. a) By Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Eurocard) b) By Bank Transfer Please transfer the required amount to the bank account indicated below: Beneficiary Name : TOPKON TRAVEL LTD. For the cancellations between May 19th - June 15th, 2006, full refund less one night fee will be provided. Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received after June 15th, 2006. |
